Zero Tolerance: Gymlan strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or interaction that involves, promotes, or condones child sexual exploitation or abuse.

1. Our Policy

Gymlan is committed to maintaining a safe platform free from any form of child sexual abuse or related material (CSAM). We do not tolerate:

  • The publication, exchange, or storage of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Harassment, grooming, or any attempt at inappropriate contact with minors.
  • Any content that sexualizes minors, real or simulated.

Any account found violating these policies will be permanently deleted immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Detection and Action Mechanisms

We employ proactive and reactive measures to protect minors:

  • User Reporting: In-app tools that allow users to report suspicious content or behavior anonymously and securely.
  • Human and Automated Review: Constant monitoring of reports to quickly identify and remove infringing content.
  • Cooperation with Authorities: We fully cooperate with law enforcement and international organizations (like NCMEC) to report confirmed cases of child exploitation.
  • Evidence Preservation: Data related to reports and accounts suspended for child safety violations is securely retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, ensuring its availability for relevant authorities.
